The II level University Master's Degree in European Private Law, directed by Prof. Avv. Guido Alpa and Prof. Avv. Luca Di Donna, is a highly qualified training program, now in its twenty-second edition, capable of responding to the multiple requests for knowledge and skills from the world of work.

The training program is structured with the aim of providing an important completion in the training of those who intend to undertake professional and individual growth paths and is, in fact, aimed at developing professional profiles that allow one to successfully face the current competitive scenario, through the creation of a solid European legal culture.

In particular, the Master aims to examine the various sectors in which Community legislation has affected relations between private individuals, to ascertain the effects of the interpretation and implementation of Community legislation in the Italian legal system and to verify, with regard to the institutions of private law, the process of harmonization and/or standardization between the legal systems of the Member States of the European Union, triggered by the promotion of common general principles and the consolidation of compliant jurisprudential orientations, as well as by the introduction of shared terminological and conceptual systems.
