The Master's program is structured in such a way as to ensure full recognition of the areas in which the EU regulations and their implementation in the Italian legal system have affected relations between individuals; ascertain the results of the interpretation and application of that discipline; verify the negotiation practices and the nature of the relationships between operators; ascertain whether, beyond the areas subject to harmonization, there are convergences in the evolution of European legal systems, thanks to the affirmation of general principles, concordant jurisprudential orientations, common terminological and conceptual apparatuses concerning matters relating to private law.
