The Master is aimed at those who, in possession of a university-level education qualification, carry out (or
intend to carry out) work / professional activities in sectors involving the modules covered by
deepening or intend to update their knowledge according to their research activity
scientific. The initiative is motivated by the consideration that the updating of training processes and
educational is a cultural need and an essential fulfillment also for a constant
retraining of vocational training. For this reason, the conduct of the lessons will be
entrusted to university professors, lawyers, public and private managers and other professionals, experts in
individual disciplinary fields.

 

Didactic activities carried out:

frontal lessons;
round tables with Italian and international guests with gained experience in European private law;
conferences and presentations of publications on the subject.
