The training plan is drawn up considering that the frontal teaching activities and other forms of guided study or interactive teaching must be provided for a duration of not less than 300 hours distributed, as a rule, over at least 6 months. The training plan may provide that the Master is delivered in whole or in part using forms of distance learning or in a language other than Italian.
The annual teaching of the Master is divided into modules, providing topics in line with purposes aimed at developing specific professional profiles taking into account their constant evolution:

Module 11: consumer protection
Module 12: financial and insurance services
Module 13: ADRs: conciliation, mediation and arbitration
Module 14: legal informatics
Module 15: energy and environment
